Privacy policy

The privacy of your data is important to us. In this privacy policy, we describe what data we collect, why it’s collected, and how that data is handled by us. We do not and will not ever sell any personal information.

What information do we collect?

In general, we only collect the information we need in order to provide the services to you. We store the following data outside of the Discord platform:

  • settings explicitly provided by you to configure the services and related Discord user, server, or channel IDs,
  • votes of users that interact with the polls feature (their answers and Discord user ID),
  • metadata of each starred message if the Starboard feature is enabled (the Discord IDs of the message and its author, along with a total star counter and shortened cached Discord attachment URLs),
  • a list of Patreon supporter's names that are eligible for the "shout-out" rewards,
  • temporarily stored logs of your interactions with the services to facilitate resolution of your support requests,
  • counters of how many times a specific Reaction trigger or a Notification keyword has been triggered.

Additionally, the bot may access data provided by the Discord platform that is publicly available to members that share a Discord server with you. This data will not be shared or stored outside of the Discord platform unless otherwise specified in this policy.
